Welcome to Paul & Sue's Kaipaki Dairies Farm in the Ohaupo district. Paul & Sue have been farming since the 80s, Paul and Sue were winners of the 2002 Waikato Dairy Farmer of the Year.
The core farming philosophy is to never let a cow experience a hungry day, and to treat them as ladies, with care and respect.

The farm is operated under split calving in Autumn and Spring with an aim to achieve 305 day lactation. More than 600 Cows are milked every day with an average production of 38 litters milk and 2.8 to 3 kg milk solids per day per Cow. Such production capacity and efficiency are achieved by the Paul’s motto of “No Hungary Days”.
